Hello everyone! Last week I told you about how my head filled itself with snot, I thought it was a cold (so I already blamed it on my boyfriend..) but it was hay fever! I have hay fever every year, but I have never felt this bad.
Luckily my homeopath gave me something, and that worked like a charm! Got it on monday and it was all gone by wednesday.
Like I have said before I practice yoga almost daily, this week I’ve done it 4 times instead of 7. This is a major step for me, because I usually feel horrible when I skip one day. This is because of the fact that I have a weird relationship with my body. So if I skip yoga I will feel like a failure and when I look in the mirror I can feel like I have gained 200 pounds. Now I’ve come to a point where I don’t have to do yoga everyday, if my body feels tired I just don’t do it. Yoga has really helped me to restore a healthy relationship with my body and myself.

I spend a lot of time worrying about everything, so when I heared this quote it hit me. I don’t want to spend my life worrying about stupid stuff! I want to spend my life having fun and doing things that I like.
When I notice that I start worrying about crazy things I think about this quote, take a deep breath and move on.
