Happy sunday everyone! This has been a really great week for me, eventhough school started again.. The reason I felt so good this week was the fact that I enjoyed all my workout this week so so much. It gave me a lot of energy and positive vibes.
Two weeks or so I lost my workout groove a little bit, but it came back better than ever! I even went for a run this morning at nine with a friend! A year a go I hated working out haha and now I do it at least 6 days a week.. Crazy how much we can change in just a year.
Because working out made me so happy this week I want to share with you my favorite workouts from this week!
My number one favorite workout was my run this morning! I love to spend time with my friends while doing something active, plus spending time outside gives my mood a boost! Fun fact; I’ve known this friend since our second year in highschool! And eventhough we don’t go to the same school we still hang out together. Also he is much better at running than I am.. But I’m planning on running more! (not that I will ever be as good as he is but oh well…)
On monday I didn’t feel like doing a 50 minute yoga class, that was scheduled on www.fightmasteryoga.com. But I still wanted to sweat so I decided to do a HIIT yoga workout.. It was freaking hard, but I survived. When someone tells you yoga is easy, I highly recommend to let them try this class;
On wednesday I did an intermediate class, I couldn’t get into the final pose completely.. And usually I would think I didn’t try hard enough and get angry at myself. But this time I was actually proud of myself. Because the pose was insane.
And for the more gentle class this week I really liked this one!
I prefer to workout at home, so… If you have any recommendations please let me know!
