Hello there! It’s the end of the week, so that means Sunday Snuggle time.
This week has been great! Lots of healthy foods, with some unhealthy foods in the weekend. Me and my tummy are pretty satisfied. Just how I like it, haha! I’ve been craving a lot of healthy whole foods lately. But pizza and an ice cream cookie sandwich, never seem to disappoint me either.
I’ve been doing new workouts, hiit workouts with Anna Saconne Joly and her personal trainer Lucy. Oh My Lord, these workouts are hard! But they give me a weird boost, whenever I’ve completed the workout I feel like The Hulk. Seriously, you should try it! Anna uploads a video every week on her channel, with a new workout for 6 weeks total. You do this 3 times a week, and two times a week I do a 4 minute hiit workout from Lucy’s channel. In between and during the weekend I do yoga, but only if I feel like it. Since the workouts are already pretty tough and I don’t want to go overboard!

Today I’ve been to a beach in.. Amsterdam! I have to share some pictures with you because I’ve had such a great time at the beach today, I couldn’t even tell I was in Amsterdam. I hope you guys don’t get bored with all the beach talk on my blog lately haha, I think I just really need to go on a holiday.
The vibe at this beach was so relaxed, you feel at home right away! It truly does justice to it’s name Blijdorp. Wich means, Happy Village! There is only one place you can go to for drinks and food, but trust me this is the only place you need.
I have to go back to take a proper photo of this window, because it’s te prettiest window I’ve ever seen.
